Chicken Legs,using a Cooks Illustrated baking method…

At the suggestion of the,always insightful, Lisa Nagel,I used a method from,The Dec.2011, Cooks Illustrated titled, Easy Chicken Thighs to, make the BEST Chicken legs EVER! Lisa thought That the delicious Holy Smoke seasoning from Colonel De at (Findlay Market) would put the legs over the top…She was indeed correct! I also made a single serving”Bloomin Onion”(I made them in my Beloved Ramekins)

Using the Cooks Illustrated Baking method Made these Legs AMAZING!
